• Live Translation: Two-way real-time translations can be enabled in both Chat and Assist to effortlessly bridge language barriers. 
• Public Site Feature: Add your Chat, Assist and/pr Search experience to a public site, allowing site visitors to access Knowledge and Workday Help articles. Visitors can also log into Workday via Chat, retrieve Workday specific information and, if needed, connect with live agents through Assist. 

• Must be a customer of Workday to enable this integration. 
• Virtual interactions require the purchase of an Inbenta Chat instance. 
• To enable live agent escalation and ticket management features, an Inbenta Assist instance is required. 
• Search experiences require an Inbenta Search instance to operate. 
• Two-way translation and Video & Voice for Assist are optional add-ons
