NTT Multilingual Chat | Chat | Assist

This AI chatbot service combines Inbenta Chat with NTTCom’s COTOHA AI services, including COTOHA Translator and COTOHA AI Voice Synthesis. The platform offers automatic translation for user messages, as well as chatbot and operator responses.

 

This platform can serve as a next-generation call center solution. It supports real-time translation of content, allowing the bot to communicate with end-users in 13 different languages. If the bot is unable to answer a user's question, the query can be escalated to a human operator. The operator can communicate in a single language, and their responses will be translated in real-time into any of the supported languages. Additionally, the platform offers a voice-based solution alongside text-based communication.
