Multilingual bot is a solution to deliver chatbot contents in multiple languages. Also to allow chat agents to communicate with users in multiple languages. 

Using real-time translation services from a provider (Google Translator, AWS, Deepl) the user question is translated to the chatbot language, and the chatbot answer is translated back to the user language.

Chat agents can also benefit from this connector and the system will translate real-time their messages back and forth with the end user.
